Since 1982 South Texas artisan Robert Hensarling has been creating truly museum quality rocking chairs from the legendary Texas mesquite tree. Each piece of mesquite used in Robert’s rocking chairs are selected for its unique grain pattern. Each chair is carefully and lovingly hand-crafted.

Robert’s chairs have been displayed at Oklahoma Forest Heritage Center Museum. Robert has also been featured on HGTV’s Modern Masters, Texas Country Reporter, Southern Living Magazine, Texas Highways, Wood Magazine, Dallas Morning News, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Texas Monthly.

Robert offers 4 styles of Rocking Chairs, all four styles are sculpted chairs and take about 200 hours to build.
