River's Edge Lodge 1 is located at River's Edge, 2039 CR 350 and is one of three lodges completed in June, 2017. This contemporary styled 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home sleeps a total of 14 guests. Enter into a lovely modern and completely furnished kitchen complete with subway tile and industrial shelving as well as granite counter-tops. The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, silverware and basic pots and pans. Adjoining the kitchen is the living room, dining room and half-bath. The downstairs master bedroom has a king size bed in the bedroom and a private bath with a shower. Upstairs is a tv room with a bedroom and bath on either side. Bedroom 2 is a bunkroom with 2 queen sized bunkbeds and a private bath. Bedroom 3 has one queen and one twin bunk as well as a private bathroom. French doors from the kitchen and master bedroom lead outside to a deck that overlooks the beautiful Frio River...thus the name...Overlook Lodges. A portion of the deck is covered and has outdoor seating. The other part of the deck has a picnic table for outdoor dining. An additional patio area has a fire ring and BBQ pit for outdoor cooking and relaxation.
