The unusual “upside down house” has two bedrooms and shower/bathroom downstairs, while upstairs are the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, full tub/shower bathroom, along with the washer/dryer. The access to the upper floor is a stairway on the outside of the home. There is no common entrance to the downstairs bedrooms. Unusual, yes, but a favorite rental for many year after year!
