No other cabin is visible and there is only one other house (Buffalo Creek House) on this property. Wildlife can be readily seen from the front porch or back deck. Buffalo Creek runs behind this cabin and the Rio Frio River Crossing is within walking distance where, as reported in the July 1998 issue of Southern Living, “you will experience one of the best tube trips in the South.” You will be right in the heart of the Frio Canyon.
