We’re sort of the quiet type around here. We cater to families and friends looking to have a good time in our backyard and share the beauty of the Frio River and surrounding hills.

Our family relocated from Houston, TX to Concan in 1988. Over the years we have built a business and home here that we love. We respect nature and the Frio and we expect our guests to do the same. We don’t do loud parties, loud music, fireworks, firearms, recreational vehicles, etc.

We take great pride in our business and work hard to keep it clean, quiet, and tidy. Cleanliness, friendliness and quietness is our motto. As guests, we hope you help us in this regard by not littering, playing loud music, using profanity, writing on our furniture, or disrupting other guests’ vacation.

Seven Bluff Cabins is a small operation and many of our guests have been staying with us for more than 25 years. 85% of our guests are returning customers. Our busiest season is the summer, but we’re always here. Give us a call any time, or stop by to see us. If you have stayed with us before, we’ll be glad to see you. If you haven’t been here before, we’re more than happy to show you around.

Stop by our on-site store for ice cream, ice, swim suits, and cool T-shirts. With 1,000′s of pairs of flip-flops, we have the best selection of flip-flops you will find around these parts! We also rent tubes and kayaks and can advise you on the best tubing spots on the Frio River.
