Cabin #1 – Little Feather Cabin #2 – Brave Eagle Cabin #3 – Yellow Flower Cabin #4 – Sundance Cabin #5 – Singing Bird Cabin #6 – Flaming Arrow Cabin #7 – Running Water Each cabin is a 2 bedroom/1 bath fully furnished Log Cabin. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and 6 of the 7 have a full bed in the living room, while Cabin #1 – “Little Feather” has only a twin bed in the living room. The blueprint image shows the floor plan which is the same for all the cabins and all have an additional patio or deck out from the porch. Bed linens, and towels are all provided and the laundry room has extras of everything should more be needed. The bathrooms have a shower/tub combination. The kitchens are fully stocked with an oven/stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, & toaster as well as being supplied with pots/pans, dishes and utensils. They do not have a microwave, although guests have brought one from home in the past. Other things to know about the cabins are that they have open beam ceilings and wood floors. Each is approximately 625 square feet and is decorated with antiques and/or country decor. The wood burning fireplaces inside and campfire rings outside each cabin offer an opportunity for a fire all year round. There is wood for sale at FoxFire too. A fire is not the only source of heat though, as each cabin has a high powered window unit which will easily heat or cool the entire cabin. Also, for your relaxation, there is no T.V.’s or room telephones in the cabins. The 7 Log Cabins at the main area at FoxFire are arranged in kind of a horseshoe pattern around the pavilion/laundry room and office. There is an abundance of trees and bushes surrounding each cabin to offer guests shade and closeness to nature. There is at least 70 – 80 feet between each cabin and they are faced so that you are pretty much looking away from other cabins while on the porch so that you can have more privacy.
