Deer Run #7

This is two story home has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed in each, one bedroom with two full size beds, and one bedroom with two full size bunk beds. It also has two loft bedrooms upstairs, each with a full size bunk bed and a futon each. This home has two full bathrooms downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs. It also has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and 2 refrigerators. Outside there is a patio with a fire pit, BBQ pit and picnic tables. This home is located close to hiking trails, and about two blocks from our private Cypress Villa river access area. The Deer Run area is located between the second and first river crossing on the left side of River Road. The Deer Run area has a volleyball area and horseshoe pits. Horseshoes are furnished; please bring your own volleyball.

You can access the Frio River at any one of the three river crossings at public access points for free or privately owned areas for a small fee. You may also walk to our Cypress Villa private river area, about two blocks.
