This wooded subdivision that winds into lofty views offers privacy and easy access to the Frio River which is a little over a 1/4 mile away from each cabin.This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps up to 16 with the following bed layout -downstairs master has one king bed, 2nd downstairs bedroom has one king bed, Living Room has a futon that folds out to a double bed, twin daybed with a twin trundle, and upstairs there are 4 queen beds. Additional features include Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Fire Pit, Fireplace, Dining Area, Horse Shoes, Full Kitchen, Barbecue Pit, TV with basic cable, and central air. • Outside smoking only – no smoking allowed in any cabin • You will need to bring sheets, bath & kitchen towels, dish & bath soap, plus personal items • No pets allowed
