Come experience our little Texas oasis. Enjoy your morning coffee, while watching the deer graze under the feeder, on the lush green lawn, just a short distance from the river. Relax on the wrap-around porch while the fresh air fills your lungs and you enjoy the overhanging oak and pecan trees. Step off the porch and wade into the Sabinal River or bring your tubes to play. Walk over the bridge to Utopia Park & Dam for rope swings and deep water swimming.

You can eat dinner indoors in the fully equipped kitchen or grill outside on the charcoal grill. For dessert use the campfire ring to roast marshmallows and make s'mores. Enjoy the stars like you will never see from the city. For some family fun, set up a game of badminton, volleyball, or horseshoes on the wide stretch of land between the house and the river. If the weather isn't cooperating, spend the day inside. You can watch TV (Dish Network), play dominoes, cards or board games. If it is a cool crisp day, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. Just flip the switch and you have a comfy cozy fire going. We want your time to be restful and relaxing.
