Casa Floerke is without-a-doubt our most popular vacation home! For many reasons. First of all the home is fashioned after an old Spanish hacienda and is “L”- shaped in layout and sits amongst some of the largest and oldest oak trees in Concan. The home features TWO FAMILY ROOMS with two recently installed 42" HDTV's so everyone can watch their favorite TV shows. It sleeps 30 comfortably with it’s seven bedrooms and three full baths. It has a spacious kitchen, dinning area and sits at the focal point of a beautiful property shrouded with spectacular shaded trees. GETS INCREDIBLE KITCHEN & GREAT ROOM REMODEL! REMODELED KITCHEN & GREAT ROOM. After 6 months of renovation the kitchen in Casa Floerke is amazng! Stainless appliances, double oven,massive over-sized kitchen countertop and so many new features. New flooring, furniture and it all looks fantanstic! What makes Casa Floreke so in demand is its FENCED-IN NEWLY RENOVATED POOL and CABANA BAR LOUDGE AREA.(Cabana includes additional 1/2 bath) After one day on the river, families migrate to the pool and cabana area for the rest of their stay where the cabana bar is pouring out fresh margaritas and non-stop fun around the pool and fire pit. Our favorite feature, (aside from the pool), is the river rock BBQ and built-in river rock smoker. You can cook 200lbs. of whatever you want on this thing and believe us the families that stay at Casa Floerke are smokin’ the whole time. It has everything for the kids to play with outside… Horseshoes Ring toss Basketball court Volleyball Water vaolleyball and more.
