Casa Agave is a six bedroom/6.5 bath guesthome at River Rim Resort. This beauty has a common living room-dining room-kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, a stove, microwave, coffee pots, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, silverware and basic pots and pans. It has a leather finished island that seats five and a massive wooden table that seats 14. The living room has comfortable seating and a large screen television. This area is a great gathering place for friends and family. Walk out from the great room to a covered porch with additional seating. The six bedrooms are divided into two wings with three bedrooms each. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The left wing has a bedroom with a king, another bedroom with a king and a bedroom with two queens. The right wing has a bedroom with two queens, a bedroom with two queen size bunkbeds and another bedroom with two queen size bunkbeds. Total sleeping capacity is 28. Each bedroom opens to the private courtyard that has a pool, outdoor kitchen/bar area, a half bathroom, additional picnic tables and two barbecue pits. Casa Agave is perfect for a group of friends, a small family reunion, girlfriend trip or hunting group. Peak season price is $850/night plus 10% tax. Off-season rate is $550/night plus tax.
