AGUA BONITA is one our most unique rustic vacation homes and it is located .3 of a mile from the Frio River. The San Miguel motif will make any visitor instantly feel relaxed as the interior reflects a rustic yet sophisticated feel of ole Mexico and Tejas with a touch of LUSH tropical California. The landscaping is stunning, colorful and vibrant and all enclosed in a childproof total fence surround. In fact as of 3-25-15, all new antiqued kitchen were cabinets were redone by artisans to giving rise to an old blue distressed feeling with custom glass knobs that pictures simply don't do it justice...when you step into Agua Bonita you will feel nothing short of WOW! You wives will LOVE THIS kitchen. The property has THREE bedrooms and two full baths provide accommodations for 14 family members. The spacious great room provides for a relaxing gathering, WATCHING HDTV or playing board games. Off the modern, spacious open air kitchen are French doors leading out to the swimming pool; cabana areas, B-B-Q, games and picnic areas. The backyard features tables, a fire pit, B-B-Q overhead festoon lights, horse shoes and washer toss for outdoor activities. The large rustic bedrooms feature oversize sleeping accommodations and French doors lead to the outdoor activities areas. Another relaxation fire pit area is located under an illuminated canopy of oaks.
